A well-maintained pickup rated for the work (typically 3500/450-550 class) and a gooseneck or flatbed trailer.
Valid driver's license (CDL where the load requires it), clean driving history, and current insurance.
Show up on time, secure the load right, communicate on the road. That's the whole job description.
